These two designs were inspired by views of the Isle of Skye. They are worked on 18 count Aida with one strand of silk.
The kits contain Pearsall's 'Filoselle' pure silk embroidery thread and fabric needed for sewing the design, plus instructions. Stitches used are ordinary cross stitch, fractionals, back stitch and French knots. Some experience of working cross stitch would be an advantage, and note there are a large number of French knots in the Skye Pinks design.
The kits cost £15.00 each.
N.B.Unlike most of my other designs, these kits cannot be obtained directly from 2 Fishes Designs. The kits are prepared by Pearsall's Embroidery who supply them direct. Contact details for Pearsall's can be found at the bottom of this page.
